Excellent service from AJ and Rosie. Met AJ on a trip to York a couple of weeks prior. We made on an off chance visit to the showroom. He was so friendly and helpful, not pushy or your typical salesman, which was a breath of fresh air. In my opinion this makes the difference if you buy a car off someone or not. Today Rosie personally helped speed up the process with the finance company as she understood we were under time restraints and lived some distance away. Both Aj and Rosie have been great throughout, can't fault their service

Excellent customer service. From ordering to delivery of my new Outlander PHEV I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. All my questions were answered and I was made to feel valued by all staff I had dealings with. Rosie Ball should receive an “honourable mention” for outstanding customer service. She is a real credit to the company. I feel confident that my future dealings with this company will be efficient and pleasurable.

Nice car but the whole experience ruined by the obnoxious branch manager. He accused me of lying about damage on the car interior caused by one of their technicians in Ripon.If it wasn't for professionalism of Peter when dealing with warranty work I would have thrown my keys and demanded a full refund.The photo shows the damage done by one of the groups incompetent technicians for which I'm still waiting to be contacted about a repair.

Fantastic service throughout my buying experience, I can't fault it! Nothing was too much trouble, Ben put no pressure on me whatsoever, and once I had bought a car he was very thorough in showing me everything I needed to know. The used cars at Batchelors are in lovely condition, better than I have seen at other showrooms nearby. I left with the feeling that I would be looked after in the future too, and I'm happy to have bought a service plan so that I know my car will be going back for its servicing and MOTs.

We needed a much larger car when we recently became the new owners of a handsome Whippet named Oliver. Husband duly researched all the Hybrid cars on the market & decided that A Mitsubishi Outlander Phev would be ideal for us, great economy ,comfort & looks. We found our ideal choice at this dealership & after an online enquiry Andy Woolley promptly contacted me to arrange a test drive. Soon after this exciting drive, I signed on the dotted line. Andy was impeccably professional, patient with my many queries & totally attentive throughout the not inconsiderable time it took to make the necessary arrangements ...I did have so many of those queries !We totally believe that independent dealerships are by far the best & Batchelors are certainly no exception. All about TLC not PLC " is definitely the very best way of describing their service

Myself & my husband have just purchased a Mitsubishi L200 from the York branch Rosie the sales representative was very helpful & nothing was to much trouble. We can recommend them & would use them again. A lovely family business, on our collection day we saw the managing director & he said he recognised us he asked if we had been 2 months earlier looking around the showroom we said yes, then we had a nice chat about a heritage railway we volunteer at which he visits every now & then.

The leasing company booked the incorrect branch (Ripon instead of York) but the service manager moved the booking across, ordered the parts and got it all sorted in less than 3 hours. Many other garages would've created an issue, but Bachelors just got the job sorted. Top marks.
