Received two penalties for two days of parking which I paid for, dating back to April 2023 (Received 31st August 2023). Appealing both as I have proof the payment left my bank account. Avoid this car park at all costs

All ticket machines out of order, NCP app doesnt acknowledge this car park so unable to pay on there either. PayByPhone advertises itself as an app you dont have to register for but as soon as you download the app you have to register and it is probably the worst sign up experience I've ever had on an app lol. Was only in Southend for 15 minutes so hoping for no penalty charge as I couldnt pay.

Just choose something else. Machines not working, on the app the location is not recognised and you end up not being able to pay so you might get fined. WAITING 30 minutes on the phone for someone from customer service to answer and they just ignore the phone. I WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR PARK AGAIN!

Pay for my monthly season ticket by direct debit to park in this car park. Not cheap at £135.00 but since I first started taking out a season ticket last month every day I have received penalty notices. Have to appeal each Notice. Not heard a word from NCP with an apology. Phoned them a few weeks ago told season ticket processing department had not passed on my car registration number to the ANPR camera department hence why the camera takes nice photos of my car on entry and exit from this carpark.

at £7.70 per day it's slightly cheaper than the council parking lot but it's mostly unpaved. the ticket machine is broken a lot. if the ticket machine is broken then you have to pay by phone which takes an extra five minutes and costs £.40 extra. also there's only a single lane into and out of this fairly busy car park making it additionally dangerous.

I have just received a fine for parking I paid. I couldn't access the app so called after 2 days of trying to get though as they only have 2 staff working in there customer service team in the Philippines. I was sent a link to pay. I paid, the date was wrong I still had the staff member on the phone, she said it was OK. Well obviously not. Their online chat also doesn't work. He fine took 10 days to get here and you have to pay within 14 days of the cost goes up. But they won't reply to you in less than 7 days. Avoid this car park at all cost. They are nothing more than fraudsters.
