Somebody smashed my driver side window. I called Autoglass and was quoted almost £600!! Gave these guys a call, they took a few details and quoted me £159!! Went down to the Birmingham depot where I was greeted by Tim, he explained that he was about to collect the glass and to take a seat inside and he wouldn't be long. A very short time later Tim arrives back with said glass. He asks if I would like a drink, he gave me the TV remote control and said my car would be next (another car was already being worked on).It was my cars turn and the job was being carried out by Jordan. He took a lot of care carrying out the replacement and vacuumed to make sure no glass was left in the car.Both Tim and Jordan were lovely guys and went out of their way to make sure I was happy, you rarely see this type of customer service from businesses these days. Needless to say, I have saved this company's phone number to my phonebook and hopefully I won't need to use them again but If I do I know they'll sort me out!!

I’d like to thank your team for such swift service. I called at 10am and my window was attended to by 2 30pm. Amazing friendly staff. Even went the extra mile and hoovered the old pieces of glass. Very fair price point. 100% would recommend

A great guy was able to replace my windscreen same day, talk me through every step of the way, and advise me on certain improvements said that my windscreen was in top condition. Gave the best price and would highly recommend to anyone looking to getting the windscreen, replaced or repaired.

Might seem hard to believe the perfect review this business has - but I have tried and tested and can confirm the excellent service.Tim was pleasant and helpful on the phone. On arrival, I was attended to punctually at appointment time, everyone was friendly and above all Tim's staff seem happy to be there and focused, sign of a capable and respected manager. My windscreen was fixed at a fair price.Driving home I reflected on how positive that experience had been. Cheerful staff, skilled in their trade, polite and hard working. If only every day-to-day transaction in life were this easy life really would be that much simpler.Well done Tim and the team, keep up your great work.Jack (hybrid)

WOW. This is THE go to place for windscreens! Absolutely amazed by the complete service that was second to none. Alan did a SUPERB job professionally. You do not need to go anywhere else for replacement because their prices are unbeatable! Better still, they come to you! After using E.T.S to have my windscreen replaced I can see why they get 5 star reviews. Very professional and friendly people. Really competitive prices and a very good turn around as my windscreen was ordered and replaced within 5 hours of me ringing them. Will definitely be using again.

Hands down the best service, i smashed my boot window because i slammed it down too hard and i tried about 10 different places that wasn't able to do anything until the next day. Tim and his team was able to get me booked in and get it replaced within hours. Highly recommend!!!
