Just discovered this shop and it has very quickly become my favourite Cardiff record shop! Lovely atmosphere with a great selection of vinyl at great prices! The staff are lovely too, I can't rate this shop enough. Be sure to check it out if you are a music and vinyl lover!

A truly wonderful record store. When in Wales, I live in France, I visit this shop for pleasure as much as buying! The welcome is so great. I know that I'm speaking to a collector, a lover of vinyl, not merely a shop owner. I just love that there are purchases to be made costing from £1 to however much. When I was last there I came across a vinyl LP that I hade been wanting for 30 years. I had never seen it anywhere else. And I visit many many records shops. I've bought wonderful stuff from there. Top record shop. Constant stream of fresh second-hand stock here. I have regularly found absolute gems in this place and the prices are fair. The owner is a great guy, and knows his stuff! My go-to digging spot when I'm in Cardiff.

Brilliant shop! Friendly with far prices and fabulous selection of vinyl. It’s my new favourite place - only went it today to get a Dire Straits album and left with that plus a Beatles box set and two other albums. Love it

I buy a lot of used vinyl both online and from bricks and mortar record stores. In my experience the vinyl and surfaces from the Record Exchange are consistently of high quality and better than any other outlet I use. The shop is well laid out with an excellent range of stock. Ed, the owner, is friendly and helpful. Please visit it and try for yourself.

One of my favourite record shops with a huge stock of very high quality records. Ed is a top man and a visit here always lifts the spirits. All genres of music and lots of cheap records, but rare stuff too. Should be on every sensible person’s itinerary when in Cardiff.
