From our first meeting, they have been in constant contact through the whole process of helping us choose our radiator styles, double-checking the BTUs, placing our order, to delivery. The radiators are OUTSTANDING and even better than I could have imagined. We are renovating a 16th century watermill with a rustic, industrial style and these radiators just fit in perfectly. Our project is a real work in progress and we are working bit by bit, as we live here already. Emily and Dave have provided us with six radiators and valves (which are also the business) and we are looking forward to doing more business with them throughout the project.
