Clare is fantastic. We couldn't have been more happy, and we are so pleased that we popped in. We discussed the ring and designed it together, and it's perfect. Clare was never unavailable and always answered my questions promptly. She is also just a really lovely person, which helps!The size was exactly what we asked for, but the ring was a tiny bit too big. Clare was very happy to take it back and adjust it for us, which she did really quickly. It's now just right.I strongly recommend you pop get in touch with Brooklinde for your jewellery needs. I wanted something special to celebrate my 40th birthday. Not only that but had the extra request of using my grandma's wedding ring as a part of the ring. I cannot reccomend Brooklinde enough. I tried various other jewelers for an engagement ring, all of whom tried to upsell on budget and push away from what I wanted. Here I was listened to, advised, and taken through the process in an honest and upfront way, with frequent updates and I felt like nothing was too much trouble throughout.
