Mountain Medicine

Phill is an amazing organiser for walking the mountains, he makes sure that everyone feels safe and supported and knows how to give everyone an amazing experience. I would give mountain medicine 10 stars but I can only give 5 but I highly recommend mountain medicine if you’re interested in walking the mountains.

Got to know MM exactly 4-years ago this month on an Everest BC trek. I have since participated in several of their weekend group walks and been to Morocco trekking with them.They provide a welcoming and safe environment to anyone wanting to get outdoors. Not only genuine and nice people, but also knowledgeable and accommodating.I would recommend to anyone looking to get outdoors, whether its just to improve yout own wellbeing or to increase your outdoor knowledge and skills through one of Phils courses.

A warm, caring and friendly welcome awaits everyone, regardless of walking ability. Whether you're new to walking and want relaxed company for a beginner level walk, or like something a little more challenging, or you want to build up some navigation skills/ qualifications (from beginner to more advanced), , Mountain Medicine has something for everyone. If you can't get out for walks for any reason, I strongly recommend you join the Facebook group page to walk with them 'in spirit' and enjoy the photos of everyone's adventures :-)

It’s rare I leave a review but after spending a weekend on a navigation course with Phil i have to say it was a pleasure to spend time with someone who is so passionate about their craft. Phil’s course was well organised and wonderfully presented in a clear and concise way. Nothing was too much trouble.His wife Janine even met us with celebratory cakes at the end of day 2! I’ll be booking again soon.

Excellent day navigation course. Relaxed but knowledgeable leader. Had a great day with Phil and am trying to find a chance to go out again on another course.Would recommend!
