Had a wet cut and got home and my hair was completely uneven and not at all styled for it's thickness. Looked like a chunk had been taken out at the front, and by the time the other side was evened out I had much shorter hair than I'd asked for. A very sad day .

Highlight were not done very well big blocks left with out highlights. Not impressed. Obviously had no idea what she was doing.
