Steve was very efficient from that first communication: responding quickly, outlining the oven cleaning services, detailing the time it would take and costs, plus offering me a date, which I readily accepted. He then sent a reminder email nearer the date and turned up spot on time. He was a very personable, friendly and interesting guy and got on with cleaning my oven straight away. I know it's a cliché but my 16 year old oven does look like new! What a great job! I saw Steve even taking off the control knobs and cleaning them and behind them.
