Terrible back office agents who can’t arrange services/replacement cars/anything.But shop floor staff are great, efficient and courteous.In fact the quality of one particular staff member is what made me get a Hyundai.

Felt valued as soon as we went in, good service without being pushy. Explained everything in detail, contacted us by email and phone when they said they would. Overall very pleased with customer service and really happy with my new car!

Just collected my car from Hyundai Ipswich and am very impressed by a number of things.1. Kept fully informed of service progress by innovative easy access app on phone including video of defects needing rectifivation2. Car check in and collection easy and quick processMost importantly was the exceptional customer service by the new manager Adam.At a previous aborted attempt to service the car a miscommunication led to some disagreement. What i found really outstanding was the new managers efforts to ensure service recovery. Straight talking, honest and keeps his word, skills that have won back my trust and confidence. A real gentleman and positive to know as the local lead, his attributes will permeate within the team.Well done, thankyou, a 5 star performance and thoroughly recommended.

Ordered a New Hyundai i10 for my daughter and the salesman and staff were friendly enthusiastic efficient and communicated well to get the deal done. A day after taking delivery it broke down. Hyundai Breakdown were great, the AA were superb. The customer and after sales service I received from the salesman and 2 senior members or staff at Endeavour Ipswich was a disgrace, no communication until prompted no understanding or concern and made to feel like I was being a nuisance. Emailed the sales Manager with my complaints and informing him I was unhappy and have heard nothing from them since .The worst customer care and after sales service I have ever come across ! Avoid !
