Brilliant service, I had to reschedule my original appointment and I was accommodated without a problem. Engineer was on time and fixed my oven very quickly. Even with the call out fee of £70 (which is average) and the cost of the item (£45) I still saved compared to what I would have had to pay for annual cover. A great local firm which I’m more than happy to recommend.

Ian took all the hassle out of a washing machine that was playing up. Great communication. Turned up when he said he would. Professional - cool and calm problem-solving. The charging was really reasonable and fair. We've saved Ian's number ... but hopefully we won't need to put it on speed dial. ;)

Our washer/dryer broke last week with an error code. After ringing up, an appointment was made swiftly and Ian let me know when he was on his way. He fixed the problem very quickly and all working well again! Great value. Would use again.

I called Ian regarding a Tumble Dryer malfunction, he came out next day and found the fault. He ordered the part and the dryer is now good as new. Only took payment once job was complete, great service, have kept his number for any future appliance issues

We asked Ian for help with our broken dishwasher. On the arranged morning of repair, Ian took my call and told me when to expect him. He fixed our dishwasher within minutes and also helped with the fitting of it, which had always been a problem (but wasn’t the issue we’d called about).The dishwasher has never worked so well.Very reliable, great service. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks for your help!
