Amazing experience seen it on beach had a sauna and ice bath. I asked for sauna hot and I got what I asked for 96c. The owner runs place fantastic constantly changing the real oak wood. Cold barrels to jump in after felt so relaxed was beautiful. Would highly recommend best sauna in margate.YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I can't recommend this place enough. Stumbled across it one morning mediation and will certainly be a regular user.First attended the Full Moon event which was incredible value and truly a unique and spiritual evening.Second visit was a group booking and everyone came away in the same bubble of Zen!Robin is super friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to get to know.The sunsets around a firepit are worth every penny alone!if you were thinking about giving it a go...think no more...BOOK!

Fantastic relaxing and invigorating experience in the sauna and the cold barrels. Beautiful views from the Sauna, especially at sunset. I really recommend visiting, especially combined with one of the wellness events, magical! will be backsoon.

Just magical. Perfect way to relax and unwind. My husband and I did the breath work class with Sarah - can’t recommend it enough. Left the sauna a different and very chilled version of me

What an experience. I was fortunate to spend 2 hours with Sea Scrub Sauna this week. The sauna was bliss! Having the option of the cold plunge barrels or a sea lido a very short walk away was fabulous. So many experiences in one location. Myself and my friends loved it. If you're in Margate, you HAVE to visit them, you will regret it if you don't :-)I can't wait to go back.

Had an amazing two hours here at sunset, in and out of the sauna, sea, and plunge barrels. Very well looked after and felt awesome afterwards. Do it!

The entire team is brilliant and very hard working from start to finish. The sauna on the beach is fantastic. Highly recommend the salt rub and even on a windy winter day it’s the most invigorating experience! Go!
