I had to bring one of our cats to Pelyn Vets to have her euthanised following a fairly rapid decline. We did not have an appointment, I was so glad they could see us right away. Everyone on site was lovely and the lady who helped our cat depart was just so gentle and caring at such a difficult time. Our cat was so relaxed and calm during her last moments, if I could offer 6 stars I would. Many thanks to all who were there.

Excellent. Our first time using this practice, we were very well looked after indeed, all the staff that we met were very polite and helpful. The building was clean, organised and well thought out - we really liked that they have separate waiting rooms/areas to keep dogs and cats apart. I will be using this vets in the future.

So expensive even with the pet health plan and service is so bad. Always have to wait for 15-30 mins, when you finally see someone it’s never the same person. The receptionist are so rude! I’m definitely going somewhere else after 8 years of using Plyn lostwithiel I really had enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Vets treated our dog for a pyometra which could have been very serious and she is now in excellent health and full of energy.

There's only one person who I would entrust my beautiful furry angel to. Dr Dean Barry. An incredible vet with the skill and compassion to give you confidence that the best care will be given. The vets and staff make the practice.

Fantastic service from all staff, Jenny the vet is amazing, so caring with a common sense approach to testing. I always ask to see her with my dogs.
