Royal Mail Delivery Office

My 24hour tracked Parcel of which I purchased on the 28th of September made it to this depot on the 30th of September. It is now the 4th of October and it's still sitting there with no updates for the delay. Beyond disappointing.

Paid for next day delivery however when attempting delivery next day used Bell which didn't work and posted a red letter rather than knocking. Avoiding royal mail as much as I possibly can. Would give 0 stars if I could

Royal mail shambles,came to deliver parcel, never rung bell,this happened twice,went to sorting office, queue of approx 35 people going out into the road. Asked for redelivery to another post office, never got a confirmation email, now lost great service

I waiting for my delivery 20 days and Was pay for 24h parcel! Next one from Zara should be delivered on Saturday, they send me email, so I waiting all day in home, becouse the postman comes at a different timea day, and for the last few weeks he comes once every week or two. But there was no one there. I also checked the update on the website, but there was no news for over a week and a half. Suddenly I received an email notification at 4 p.m. that the parcel would be delivered today, I was home a few minutes after. It turned out that the postman was there at 3:35 p.m. and left a notice that there would be a redelivery tomorrow. If I order a package, I check when it will be delivered. I understand a delay of one or two days, but I don't pay for the shipment 24h and then wonder when it will finally arrive or if it will arrive.

Useless! No one ever answers the phone, been calling for 45 minutes now. No information about several parcels that have now gone missing over the course of two weeks, what is going on??? Appalling service.

So I ordered items on 20th Sept which were sent out on 24hr tracked. This package went missing and tracking information was not recognised on website. Phoned company on, 25th Sept, who kindly sent out another package same day on 24hr Tracked delivery. Today is the 28th Sept and still no delivery. Tracking says package has been sitting at Bridgwater DO since Tue 26th. It is clear to me that the Royal Mail are charging for services they cannot or will not deliver. What has happened to our Royal Mail!! Disgraceful and incompetent are the only words that come to mind.

Come on Royal Mail do your job properly and start reading the addresses! Have received a number of letters recently (some Private and Confidential) for same house name in a different village, different post code. Surely it is simple to know what village you are in - totally unacceptable!

Shambolic. I ordered two small parcels on October 9th. They were both on 48 hours tracked. They were both delivered on the 19th to a house 3 streets away from mine. The person running this circus should resign.

Come on Royal Mail! Posted my daughters birthday gift by 24hr signed for on Thursday, expecting delivery next day, if not by the Saturday at the latest ( her birthday). Tracking said delivery only attempted on Sunday when they weren't in. Contacted to rearrange delivery. First available day was Wednesday. So, I paid for a 24hr service, which HOPEFULLY is being delivered today. 6 days later. Pretty poor. Get your act together.

Still waiting 5 days later with no word or update for an item that was paid for on a 24 hour tracked service. I can see it arrived at the Bridgwater Office at 5am the day after I ordered it and still no word or delivery. Funny how it can get from the North of England to Bridgwater within 5 hours, but Bridgwater Royal Mail cannot deliver it 1 mile away 4 days later. Pathetic
