Wow these guys are amazing. Thank you so much today with our citron dispatch. Super friendly lady on the phone and really helpful, thay went above and beyond to squeeze us in for a diagnostic. Very knowledgeable found the fault and hopefully this is now rectified, as we had been told from citron this is a common fault with ad blue and couldn’t get us in for at least a week. But these guys have got us back on the road and out to our customers. First Class Service for my Nissan X-TrailMy Nissan X-Trail failed the MOT with a broken horn and the owner tried for 45 minutes to rectify the issue without success but charged nothing. I had to book it in for repair and they fixed it and even managed to source a reconditioned part to avoid the expense of a new one which I really appreciated.They also sorted out an issue with the wheel alignment and the final bill was a lot less than I had expected despite the time spent getting to the bottom of the issues.The owner and staff are brilliant, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable and they go that extra mile which seems rare nowadays. I will certainly be using them again and highly recommend this garage to anyone in the Crawley area.Thank you Crawley Autofit from a very satisfied customer!

Can’t recommend this garage enough. Unfortunately we’ve had many issues with our Nissan Qashqai and engine management lights. We sent our car to a number of garages, but this is the first garage we have used where they truly cared about finding and fixing the issues we were having. I've used them three time now and can not recommend them enough. Each time they have managed to squeeze me, reassure me and get me back on the road in a short space of time. Even ordering a new battery and fitting it in the space of couple of hours on a busy Saturday when I didnt even have an appointment. Everyone that works there is genuine, kind and extremely hard working. Had previously taken my car to a different garage who said they where unable to re con my car to a leak which was going to cost £200-£400 to fix. Spoke to this garage who did the re con no issue. Saving ££££ Fast efficient service. They are also super flexible. Highly recommend them. I will now only be using this garage from now on. Once you know a garage is great they’ll get your loyalty!
