Amazing service from Dill & Sons! Talked me through everything with my beko washer machine and had it sorted in 20 mins! Was so friendly and professional! Lovely guy who came to doncaster today, Friday 13th 2023 (forgot his name) I would definitely use these guys again.Office staff were amazing too, thank you so so much. 10/10 recommend!

Not sure why they get such bad reviews?? From initial contact they have been nothing but pleasant, polite and professional. The women on the phone explained to me they needed to order the part for my dishwasher and that they would contact me when it arrived. I informed her the only day off I have each week is a Monday. She took note of that and said it wouldn't be an issue. She rang a few days later again very polite and professional, booked me in for the following Monday and even made sure it was an AM appointment as I had a Dr's appointment that afternoon. The engineer came at the right time, he was friendly and knew what he was doing. He had my dishwasher sorted very quickly, looked brand new when he finished. So I'm not 100% sure what's happening with the bad reviews, I can't fault them in any way. Very pleased with the repair and would highly recommend.

I had an intermittent issue with my Beko washing machine. Intermittent washing machine issues are for me the worst type.The washing machine a few times a week would get stuck at the end of a synthetic cycle and require me to place it in the, off position and then move to spin and drain, to get the clothes outTerry the engineer arrived today who was very polite and well spoken. I explained to Terry the issue, who had come prepared with a new motor pump and explained clearly what the fault was and repaired the machine promptly, even showed and explained the issue, and furthermore I had no waiting round for parts orders. Terry even found my missing water discharge pipe and reattached to the correct position again.I am happy with the service provided todayDC

Highly unprofessional office staff...louise and Denise. Both ladies are extremely rude,unprofessional and lack customer care and telephone manner skills.Denise shouted down the phone admitting I m going to be rude to you and I m cancelling your appointment and you can tell Domestic and General to find you another engineer."Finally slammed the phone down on me.First time fault reported was 17th sept 2020. Today is 15th oct 2020. Finally fridge freezer has been fixed. Very incompetent engineers. First engineer s response was

Beko has sent this company to fix the washing machine. First engineer visit was short and problem wasn't fixed. Second visit - senior(!) engineer was unprofessional and rude, haven't answered my questions regarding the appliance. Problem with washing machine after his visit got worse.Their customer service is just a joke, not helpful at all. We're hoping that Beko will help with our case, however can't recommend Dill & Sons Ltd or their services.

After a telephone conversation l found the operative very aggressive in her attitude towards me, l was not impressed. She declined to give me her full name.

for me the worst company... they were unable to repair either my gas stove or now my fridge freezer.... for me, a company without any competences... a guy with no personal culture, rude, unpleasant.... avoid this company - it's a waste of our precious time.

A huge thankyou to Nigel who came out and replaced the broken pump on my washing machine. He was a very pleasant and cheerful gentleman who fixed my washing machine in no time at all. I've also spoken several times to the ladies in the office to arrange/rearrange the appointment and have found them them all to be very friendly and helpful. My washing machine is still under warranty so this company was the chosen repair provided by the manufacturer. When my product is out of warranty I would use Dill & Sons again. I cannot comment on the other negative reviews but my own experience has been nothing but positive. It's a 10 out of 10 from me. Thankyou again for the fantastic service.

As previously stated in other reviews, there are mixed reviews for this company so I was quite on edge when Domestic and General organised for them to come and repair my dishwasher.But, I literally can't fault them at all. The people I spoke to on the phone were lovely, the first guy who came out to diagnose the machine was a friendly young chap who knew what he was talking about. Some parts needed ordering (which they did) for the repair so about a week later when the parts arrived, another chap came to repair it, he also was friendly and fitted the new parts.It's been about two months since the repair and the machine is like new again.Highly recommend :)

Woman who answered the phone on 2 occasions was very patronising and rude, we were clearly an inconvenience. We had been without a washing machine for a week, we’d have expected some empathy not an attitude… They arrived on the 1st visit with wrong part and told us they would be back on 2 following days (on which we’d taken days off work). If Beko contract this company to fix your appliance, I would strongly suggest you request another contractor.
