My much loved and well worn 30 year old Avirex leather jacket needed some TLC. Thanks to The Sewing Shop it got just that. The quality of the work is way beyond professional and frankly left me gobsmacked. New lining and new pockets all look superb, do not go anywhere else for all your needlework needs!

What amazing service and lovely ladies!!! Had to get my bridesmaids' dress taken up and was given a very good price. Also booked in my wedding dress alterations, and due to an event taking place beforehand, they are able to push my alterations right up to my wedding date!!! I can curb my anxiety now, haha. Highly recommend. Thank you x

Bryony was great from start to finish with putting me at ease about realistic timescales and fitting me in for appointments because I wasn’t local. To say my wedding dress was complex is an understatement and it needed taking up, in and repairing too. Bryony did an amazing job and the dress fitted perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the other staff too. The cost of alterations was also extremely reasonable. Thanks again!!!
