Not even get one star. I am talking with a 72 year old patient right now who was not even given a hearing for 2 years after being attacked in his own home. He lost his home and was made homeless for 2 years and the 3 day hearing was moved to a 1 hour hearing after being moved 3 times. He had no support in court and the attacker was let free. How is that justice?

Husband is convicted of highly questionable ‘assault’ for which the victim has since bitterly regretted involving the police. A case that the police ‘said’ would not go any further, but where the police refused to produce critical evidence despite four separate instructions to do so. Then there was his solicitor who FAILED miserably to challenge any significant prosecution points - of which there were so few – he ‘didn’t want to ‘upset’ the magistrate’s’ and because he was so far up the CPS’s rectum it in itself would have been a criminal offence but for the fact that the prosecution was a consenting adult. The husband was fined and given probation with an additional two restraining orders. He has since been arrested for breaching one these orders though apparently he wasn’t going to be. It was the VINDICTIVE CPS who insisted. Now the CPS consistently fails to be prepared for the hearings for this and the judge just allows it, at a cost of £ thousands a hearing. All of this despite several repeated letters from the victim asking for the orders to be rescinded so the family can normalise relations. The CPS’s response is to send the police round to the victim’s home and ‘cajole’ her into changing her mind – THIS in open court in the hearing of the judge, but god forbid that anyone else ‘cajole’ her to withdraw for they would be in front of the the very same judge and court facing prison.Seems like the courts CPS and the police can legally intimidate witnesses and victims but the perpetrator would be a criminal for doing so!That’s the CPS for you it’s got absolutely nothing to do with the truth or justice but everything to do with flogging dead horses as long as they can get money out of the accused. ALL OF THIS DESPITE BEING TOLD BY HIS SOLICITOR THAT THE PROSECUTION (ACCORDING TO THE CPS) WOULD BE OFFERING NO EVIDENCE AT HIS ORIGINAL TRIAL. FIT UP OR WHAT!

Withdrew my statement only for them to still proceed with the case. If I wanted to proceed I wouldn't have withdrawn my statement. Wheres my human rights? Taken my statement way out of proportion and feel pressured and forced to go along with it! A con organisation!

A shadowy coalition of political influence and insider interests, obstructing and thereby defeating the right of truth to victims. An organization that doesn't understand the meaning of honesty, that turns a blind eye to knowingly faked police statements. My story was later published in a book, Chequered Justice… Nothing has changed in the past 20 years. Endemic corruption! The faked Metropolitan Police statements from my case, endorsed by the CPS, are visible on the web...

Just spoke with a lady with the most disgusting attitude on the phone. Called with a query and her tone was aggressive and she hung up on me mid sentence when asking for her information. Completely unnecessary.

I think the cps are rubbish they didnt help me when i needed them .Just lots of panel meetings ti decide what they should do quite frankly they have no idea what it is like to be caught up in a difficult relaionship. More powers to the police. Take the perpetrators to court. I will never forget what happened to me
