Sent the wrong order, the guy thinks lemon curd is cheese cake when asked to send a different dessert started arguing and when asked to send the missing items argued even more then told me to just get a refund from justeat

Ordered a pizza on Deliveroo. They called me on the wrong number but I didn't get any notifications about missing any calls (like it usually is) or messages through the app. They just don't use it. I called them back and they were extremely rude and wanted to charge extra 2 pounds for the delivery (even tho I already paid for it + Deliveroo service fee). They refused to cancel the order as well, so the money is theirs. Yeah I spend 20 pounds for nothing and I was treated poorly as well. I hope you enjoy the pizza and 20 pounds you got from a student, filthy animals. The worst place ever. Please, think twice before going there. You won't be welcomed there.

Looks awful from the outside. How can York Council approve these type of places near the centre of York?? At least make it in keeping with the design of the other local businesses. This makes it look like a cheap Blackpool Kebab hole!

I used to love this place. Good place after 8 Slices shut down. Unfortunately they changed their chicken recently. Which really ruins their Chicken pizzas. Which usually are my regular. Used to be cubed chicken breast now is like a cheap shredded chicken. Honestly is sad. Hope they get the standards back.Overall last three times we ordered at least 1 of our pizzas was overcooked. 1 time our pizza was so drenched in red oil it was not edible and recently our cheeseburgers came without cheese and chicken burgers came with poor quality. It really is a shame because it had really good quality until recently. Will update this if when we try it in the near future again.

app said 30 minutes for delivery Phoned 20 minutes ago after it was already 5 minutes late and then they said another 15, now been 55 minutes in total. They just say driver is on the way. Waste of money. Not interested as he has ‘several stops’ to make when goes out for delivery.. food will be cold. All deliveroo’s fault although I have worked as a delivery driver and you manually put the time on how long it will take. Driver said he left 2 minutes ago when dropped off. Foods cold. Shocking service and wouldn’t eat here for free.

After ordering from here Unfortunately I can't give a good review for this place we ordered 2 pizzas and two portions of chips ,the food was actually disgusting and ridiculously greasy ,I specifically asked for something not to be on my pizza ,the chap serving me nodded his head in acknowledgement ,in terms of the service there was clearly a language barrier ,he couldn't understand what I was saying other than the odd word which he recognised ,as a tourist visiting I would never get food from here again ,as for my partner she's been in the bathroom for the past 10 minutes and the food promptly ended up in the bin ,and in addition the prices were different from the website HANDS DOWN WORST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD !!!!!
