I did my first class with Penny last week and really enjoyed it, Penny really brings her own style to the sessions. By the end of the class I had already decided to sign up for the term, but by the next morning a long-term back pain of mine was about 90% better so clearly the stretches are doing the right thing.

I have been to many yoga classes but ‘yoga with penny’ is by far the most enjoyable I have been to! Penny is very knowledgeable and makes you feel and ease, I wouldn’t want to go any where else-I highly recommend!!

Fantastic yoga classes by Penny, I only wish I had started sooner with her. The relaxation classes are just that - no better class to attend after a hectic day. Love the yoga flow classes too - more challenging but great for the core and to challenge yourself. Penny is so knowledgable and her classes are so much fun. I would highly recommend.
