I have been using DW Roberts in Newport Pagnell for many years (about 16), Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. All the staff Amy, Mary and Claire offer the best service you can get. Professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. From getting your eyes tested to walking out the door with your new specs they make it all so nice and easy. There is nothing you can fault. Thanks again to all the staff.

Excellent service! I'd highly recommend DW Roberts (Newport Pagnell) to anyone. The staff are welcoming, warm and accommodating, with a lot of patience. Excellent communication, very quick to respond to any queries. Very friendly, easy going atmosphere. The staff's attention to detail is remarkable! I wish I had more stars to give to indicate how happy I am with the service!

I visited DW Roberts for the first time having been recommended to them and I am so pleased I went. The team were so lovely and welcoming. When choosing my glasses, I had total confidence in Amy especially when every pair I chose were defo not right! Decided to leave it up to the professional and now I have glasses I love.

I've just collected my first pair of glasses from DW Roberts, NP, and I'm really happy with my new specs! The staff are very friendly and professional. The eye examination was thorough, including a photograph of the back of my eyeball, fascinating! The manager explained the different options for my glasses and gave me plenty of time to choose and helped me find a pair that suited my face shape and colouring. I highly recommend DW Roberts Opticians.

I have been going to this opticians for a long time and I cannot fault them at all, all the staff are so friendly, patient and professional from the sight test to dispensing and booking. I would not go anywhere else and would not hesitate to reccomend this opticians. Picked up my new glasses yesterday thankyou to the team good service as always.

Excellent and professional eye test. Friendly staff giving a top level of service throughout the lens and frame selection and set up.As a bonus my wife had her lenses replaced under the insurance included with her lenses after scratching them in a fall

Have had several sight tests at the Newport Pagnell branch.I have always been treated with courtesy, kindness and professionalism.I recently had the misfortune to lose my glasses and they could not have been more helpful in speedily and efficiently providing me with replacement glasses.I can whole-heartedly recommend all the staff of this optician's practice.

The team in Newport Pagnell are fabulous, highly professional and give excellent friendly advice. I have been with them since moving to MK they have served me very well and I do not hesitate when recommending them to friends. They also have a great selection of frames to suit everyone. Love my new glasses.
