I went into the shop so I could give up cannabis an start vaping the main man hooked me up strait away an asked what I smoked an how much so we had a chat an he worked out I need a certain vape an went through the flavours an yes it bloody worked I've not gone back to cannabis since but a week later the vape pen broke so I took it back an there was no hesitation on a refund but vaping is my life now so they swapped it over for me so I highly recommend these guys for your vaping experience!plus there open till ten so there opening times fit in with my work life .wish them all the best !

First time I visited the store and damn, I'm impressed! HUGE collection of liquids!! Sick display counters with a vast array of testing bars..proper neat. Customer service second to none, the chaps are super helpful, patient, honest and knowledgeable. I felt like I was getting a 5star service in bloody Slough, unprecedented! Keep up the good work guys! V. happy customer.

Really good place, now my regular vape shop, friendly knowledgeable staff and a good selection, if I had to complain I'd say the testers could be at a higher ohm as it's a bit hard to taste them.

Shockingly poor service when it really mattered.Went in first time when deciding to quit smoking and it was all smiles when I purchased priciest vape mod and hefty supplies of quality vape. First problem I had emailed in: no response. Called by phone as i I don’t live in slough: was told mod issues are not the store problem but manufacturers’.....unacceptable.....So went in store. Some “dude” wearing sunglasses when it was dark out (and dark in store) played fort nite on his laptop whilst pretending to search the emails which was presented before him on my iPhone(?) weird...anywho took my details, said he’d get back to me: never heard from again...neither will they from me. Terrible performance guys

I would highly recommend Vapor Vibes in Slough high street. They have some amazing liquids.I bought my Smok Speciss kit from them, and I buy all my liquids, coils etc from them. They are very helpful, especially the owner (forgot his name again!) he is usually there in the evening. Every time I've had something in not sure about I go into the shop and they resolve it for me, the customer service is outstanding.So happy to have found a place where I can buy my vaping stuff safely and have the back up from the staff.Great service.

So I went into the shop today first thing I see was dark very dark needs more light then standing at the counter was a young looking boy clearly not Legal age. I asked the guy behind the counter a question he was so rude and arrogant I’m a customer treat me like one next time but I won’t be going there again this place needs work and new staff I wouldn’t recommend them stay away it’s for your safety

Heard there was a vape shop opening up in Slough high street, I'm normally ordering up everything online but it's good to go in to a shop. Went down to this place and it was brilliant! Really good service the guys know what they are talking about, massive selection of juices and other stuff. The website is pretty good as well. Also prices are really competitive, one of my everyday juices is a lot cheaper here than online. Would deffo recommend! Thanks for the help guys!
