My appointment was at 10.30 but didn't see the doctor till after 12.

Vision and sight specialist consultants prescribe and monitor health problems.

I took my very elderly mother with Alzheimer’s for an appointment this morning. Her appointment was for 9am. I booked her in. We waited 2 minutes then she was called in for an eye test. She was having difficulty with the test, but the nurses were so patient with her. We waited another 2 minutes, we were then called in to see an optometrist. Stephen was really helpful and patient with her. We never felt rushed. After we finished, we were back in our car before 10am. All staff, admin, care assistants, and clinical staff were brilliant. They all deserve a huge thank you.The only problem we encountered was parking! There are not enough disabled parking spaces.

Had an appointment for 9am, the hospital called 20 minutes before to cancel my appointment when I'd just arrived in a taxi.My time and money wasted.I would advise anyone with an appointment to call them ( thats if you can get through) every 10 minutes before your appointment to reconfirm.

Amazing treatment. So thorough. Dr explained everything and was excellent. All staff were pleasant and very helpful. 1st rate treatment.

I dont care what anyone else said I had fantastic service from the clinic. All the staff from consultant to the clerk were pleasant friendly and professional. They quickly resolved my problem with my eye. At no stage did I wait long yet did all what had to be done.Many Thanks.

Easy to get to when you know how

Excellent service from time of entering to time of leaving all members of team kind and helpful put at ease had a procedure which was painless and helpful to cure the problem
