The Braid Sisters have created something truly unique and special!! From the moment you walk in the door you can sense this is a very special place to be, a place to find yourself, where there is support from everyone you come into contact with. Ami and Martine are special in a way it's difficult to put into words, the most beautiful caring, fun loving and infectious girls!! Life changes for the better from the moment you meet the girls!! There are so many experiences at the centre, from Ice Baths, Infra-Red Sauna, Sound Baths, Brain Tapping and so much more. It's a place to relax, rest, breath new life into your soul and have self care that we most likely often deny ourselves the time to enjoy. Don't take my word for it, get along and experience it for yourself.

Such an amazing place!!! From the moment you speak with and meet Amanda and Martine you cannot help smile. I've been lucky enough to experience the Fire and Ice sessions/Ice Bath followed by Infra-red Sauna. I arrived in the midst of going through a truly difficult week. The moment you walk through the door of Ignite Wellness Centre you feel this is a very special space. It has helped me to stop and focus on being in the moment, to tell myself I should take time for me. I was able to reset, appreciate who I was, say it's okay to love myself and all I bring to those around me. When I left, I felt as though I literally floated out the door, re-energised, blessed to have taken time for self care and ready to take on all the challenges I still had to negotiate but feeling grateful for all I had in my life and stronger to face them with a huge smile I could not wipe off my face.Thank you for helping me realise I matter, it's essential to take time for self care, and to truly love and embrace who I am. If you are reading this thinking it is for me, go on take the leap, not only will you not regret it, you'll wonder why you waited so long try it. And....I haven't even had time to touch on the many other wonderful wellness experiences the girls offer that I'm working my way through. XXXXXX

Have attended the centre a several times, it's an amazing set up the girls have. Rest and restore class was amazing and Open session Fire and Ice was amazing too. The girls are so so helpful, both so caring, and an absolute breath of fresh air to all that meet them. I can't recommend the girls or the centre highly enough, the centre is just spectacular.... if you haven't been, get yourself booked in ASAP, the classes sell out fast.

Ignite Wellness Centre is the most relaxing yet vibrant, calming and welcoming environment. Martine and Ami’s passion for what they do is evident in every tiny detail - they have thought of everything. Offering a wide range of classes and experiences, there’s something for everyone at every stage of their wellness journey.I have met some of the most important ladies in my life through coming to Martine & Ami’s classes and visiting the centre, and can genuinely say that Ignite has enhanced and changed my life for the better.The feeling of sisterhood and empowerment for women is incredible, as soon as you walk through the door. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Quite simply 1 of the most special places I've ever had the privilege of visiting. Martine & Amanda have created such an amazing community & space within the wellness centre. If you get the chance to visit please do you won't regret it & you will instantly be made to feel at home. These sisters have a way of making you feel like you've known them forever so warm genuine & totally inspiring! Xx
