Ringwood were perfect: great service, immediate quote, understood my needs, mage sensible suggestions. The quote was highly competitive- far better than competitors who frankly I think were taking the mickey. The installer Martin was brilliant; friendly, low maintenance, hard working and did a great job. Really happy customer and they’ll be first on my list for the extensive further work I’ll need in the coming 24 months.

My experience with Ringwood was great from start to finish. The quote came back really quickly, my needs (which were a little complicated as 3 different sections over 3 properties) were understood and nothing seemed too much trouble.Installation was neat, courteous and a really lovely finish to the work. The work was below par and I was required to finish the work myself after a trip to B&Q. They did call after I gave honest feedback and asked if they could rectify the poor work but by then I had done it and to strip the whole thing out and start again, after waiting 5 months for the thing, would have just been too much hassle for myself and neighbour who patched up the problems. Won't be using them again sadly.

Excellent service from start to finish. Prompt visit by Richard who listened to what we wanted and provided ideas of his own, quote very competitive. On installation day Mark arrived on time and over the 3 day installation worked tirelessly only stopping for the odd cuppa. Would highly recommend.

Been coming here for the past 8 years, since we moved to Chester and though I've shopped around (a lot!) I've not found anywhere better to supply what I need, provide the quality I'm asking for and always at the price I want to pay. You always get good advice; honest professional opinions; excellent service and quality at a price that doesn't make your nose bleed and your eyes water when you come to pay the tab!! Nothing they have ever sold me has ever let me down. Wish I could say the same for several other competitors in the Chester area! For my fencing and gate needs they have always been first class and for treated timber I'd always come here first and that's an honest opinion from a very satisfied long time customer.
