I was a engineer who worked at Elis.I worked at both Chatham and Northfleet division.Elis as a whole was genrally a company I liked working for, however thier treatment of employees is incredibly disappointing at the very best.They pride themselves how they empower people which is a utter joke. The pay is truly discriminatory, two people doing identical roles will be paid completely different money and should you draw this to senior managment they are happy to use any excuse to justify this to be acceptable, they use underhanded lies to discredit you as a punishment for raising equality issues.Your achievements go completely unrecognized so any one wishing to get noticed at Elis will be waisting thier time bothering.So if your thinking of joining a company who ethos is just utter rubbish then your in for a real treat working for this company.
