So excited to have a Taco Bell in Coventry. The naked chicken taco was dry, it said it has tomato but all I had on mine was funky tasting lettuce. The spicy fries were so old cardboard does not begin to describe them, ask for fresh and got the eventually. The taco was ok I could barely see the beef and again loads of lettuce. Only thing that was as expected was the drink. I have the Taco Bell app and could not add points. The receipt says scan barcode below but no barcode, went to the counter and got a barcode but this also did not work eventually the person (C) who seemed to be in charge sauntered over with attitude told me TO SCAN THE BARCODE, like it had never seen one before. Could not get it to work, she then said tough have some excuse that they had only opened up and that there was nothing she could do. And walked off. Very very disappointed. Maybe give them a miss until they have had time to get their sea legs. I would not recommend this place to eat.

The establishment had great service. The waiting times weren’t too bad. The food is amazing, great portion size and I will definitely be returning.

I actually enjoyed the food. I was excited to try Taco Bell in this country. My friend and I thought the food was tasty and the vegetarian options were great with plant protein being able to be substituted into any of the main dishes.The reason for the low score is I found a hair in the cheese sauce, it probably fell off a nacho since I only found it just as we were finishing the last of the nachos. It would have been nice to get more than just stared at and a half arsed apology, I'm not sure what I expected but no one said anything to me when told about the hair. They just looked at each other and then stared at me, so not only have I left feeling uncomfortable but also grossed out that perhaps there were beard hairs I didn't find since they clearly didn't care. It really put a huge dampener on the experience.

I think people need to lower their expectations when they come to a fast food chain. Been to this Taco Bell a few times now and it delivers exactly what I want from it: delicious cheap tacos/burritos with that typical ‘taco bell taste’. Yes, the staff could be a bit nicer but I wouldn’t fault them necessarily. Will come back! They have Taco Tuesdays with discounted prices which I am excited to try at some point!

I was really excited for this place to come to Coventry but definitely is not what you pay for . Atleast 80% of the ingredients missing and so dry . Have taken crunch wrap ,quesadillas , taco and burrito . Not worth drive or either the money . Much better at home.The crunch wrap isn’t even crunchy , quesadilla barely had any texture or saunxe and taco was just plain with salad more than the meat .All thought would definitely say a nice word about staff, very good service and customer care. Atmosphere was clean and friendly.

Although the food is okay the portions are so small I can't convince anyone to go here with me because they know they wouldn't be full after eating here. I don't know why they don't do similar meals to the American restaurants/other countries, but I think they'd need a revamp before it's a real success. Even in Japan they had decent portions and a good variety. Here every is so small and expensive.Also the staff don't really seem to care about customers, it's more of a chore to be there.

Colorful and stylish tables and chairs, along with a clean interior. The set menu allows you to enjoy various flavors at a great value. Churros come with a caramel sauce dip. The crispy thin-shell tacos are especially delicious and truly impressive!!

Sorry, but I don't like giving bad reviews for anything but this famous chain is average at best. I know it's fast food but the quality of the food is not good at all. I'd rather spend my money going to a supermarket and get it in to make, trust me, It's easier and a lot better. Plus you get a lot more for your money. It cost us £30 but home made costs £10.
