To don’t go!!!!!! Probably the worst dental clinic in London and UK, I don’t know how they manage to have 3 stars! Always messing up, cancel appointment last minute, the dentists probably have less than 1 month experience, they will do practice on your mouth! Good luck! :(

Absolutely disgusting! They’ve cancelled my appointment twice! Not even answering the phone for over a week! No proper explanation, they are ruining my life!!! They have my dentures, can’t eat properly, face people, study on zoom, has really caused my esteem to drop like a stone! Update! Got my teeth! Due to unforeseen circumstances they couldn't see me! Sorry Crystal smile x

Discusting, miserable,unprofessional! 1 star is way to much for this rubbish dental clinic! Don't book, don't go, you will end up eating soup with the straw for the rest of your life, dentist with no experience, the lady who answer the phone can speak anything but not English! No smile dental care should be their name

Doctor is amazing. But receptionist- is separate story! Don’t know to laugh or cry. First of all- answering clinic’s phone as it’s her private number. And I just was asked to call her back later, because she- quoting: “didn’t open her computer yet to book an appointment”. Last time was trying to cancel the appointment on arrival by telling, that: “someone called to cancel it”, though it’s not possible. It’s kinda joke!

Dr. Reena is gentle and compassionate.She tells me everything she is doing, which eases my fears. She saves teeth if at all possible. Very professional and very welcoming .I would recommend Crystal Dental smile to everyone .

So glad they got rid of the old receptionist.The new receptionist is so much more professional! Well mannered & so understanding, she booked an appointment for my mum so smoothly & you can tell she has been trained well & likes what she does! The dentist is some help too but the dentist & nurse speaks their language throughout my mum’s treatment which can make you feel a little uncomfortable.They managed to do a good job after all

Terrible customer service. I bought a Groupon voucher to do a veneer there and when I went for consultation I was told that my tooth was not suitable for a veneer. According to terms of the voucher I was due a refund which after waiting for over a month still did not receive. I hope Groupon will deal with this as this dentist is certainly not dealing with my query at all.It is not a clean dentist as well so for me I would not ever go there for that reason alone unless I had to.

I don't know what they're doing I went there to let them clean my teeth when I was pregnant with my son in 2021 and my teeth were still brown and my son father was unhappy of what was done he even opted to pay a dentist to clean my teeth but I wanted to use home remedies but now I have bicarbonate of soda that whitens my teeth perfectly

Honestly don't even deserve too many words. 2 appointments cancelled and not even a courtesy call. A rude receptionist that can't explain the reason for cancelling and tell me if you not happy look for another dentist cirgury ".Working with public everyday really make me realise how important this is!!!Good luck for whoever is planning to have any help in this place."
