Contacted Steven for help with a lost TV signal, Steven came out the same day. Worrying that with an antiquated aerial and TV set up i could be looking at a complicated disruptive repair, Steven very promptly assessed and sussed out the set up, surprising me with a speedy and effective solution. He knows his stuff! Very polite and considerate, clean and tidy in his workings, ensuring his shoes were clean. Called Steven after finding recommendations for him on NextDoor Canterbury. Very prompt response and service at very reasonable rates. He went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mother could have a working TV in her bedroom, as well as in the lounge and was very honest and caring about how he did the work and communicated at every step, as to what he was doing. I highly recommend him.

Steve helped track down and fix the cause of our poor TV signal. He was relentless in identifying the problem, and went above and beyond in fixing it; replacing sections of cables and threading them through wall cavities. Really friendly and professional, well recommended.

My scaffolding was coming down in 48 hours but I'd forgotten to arrange an aerial connection! Steve was with me within 44hrs and put this in place with energy and skill. Also, he was courteous, clean and technically knowledgeable. Importantly his services are very reasonable.
