I went in with a few colleagues on a scavenger hunt about 2:30pm on Friday. The staff on duty were lovely, really went the extra mile to help us out and gave excellent customer service. I’ll be back in the future for a proper drink

Went to the beer festival on Friday night early evening. Plenty of bar staff and not long to get served. Unfortunately, the first three beers we asked for off the list were not available. Keg beers were numbered but casks were not. Staff seemed to be equally as confused as I was. On one occasion we were served an IPA mistaken for a stout. Might seem petty but considered the cost of the entry fee not a very good experience. Won't being going next year.

Brewery tap pub for Castle rock. Full of interesting and strange looking people. Great selection of CR beers and the food looked good too. A must visit pub if you are on a real ale tour. Far cheaper the the olde trip up the road.

An absolutely wonderful venue. Dan and lianne served us for the yard party and they were so lovely and welcoming. They answered any questions or concerns we had and were very accommodating to any questions. Thanks! We had a wonderfulNight ☺️☺️☺️

Staff were nice to be fair. However having to share saliva via the serving pumps with everyone at the festival is little unsettling especially in these post Covid era. We were advised we had to purchase reusable cups to save the planet…. What about saving peoples health?

I would like to thank Castle Rock and Alexa for their excellent customer service. I got married at The Embankment (if you are looking at wedding venue's check it, best venue for everything) in October and my family enjoyed Preservation which they put on our our private bar so I ordered 2, 5l for my family for Christmas. Not known to them, I had since ordering broken my hand which made drive thru collection almost impossible. Without further they agreed to local delivery out which was out of time and at very short notice. I would like to thank Castle Rock for being very accommodating and in a very Christmas spirit.

Absolute awful experience at you site in East Midlands Airport. Awful service, dirty bar etc left a review and saw how many million other bad reviews there were …what an absolute dive!

Amazing products from Castle Rock Brewery! I heard from a friend that during these trying times, the clever team were distilling old beer into gin, and as a gin fan, I had to try that!I popped into their site and saw their expansive gin range and ordered a bottle of their winter season gin. I received my confirmation and they explained as I was local, I could pick up.Once I got the gin, I tried it that night over ice and it was amazing. Warming, spiced and with a depth of flavour like I have never tried before!If, like me, you're trying to shop local this festive time, check out Castle Rock Brewery!
