Basically said any wear and tear will reduce online quote, regardless of fact mileage is added at quote online so obvious high mileage will have wear and tear. Then proceeded to chat to another customer who was waiting for information from a family member and didn't bother to come and value the car. Don't waste your time by stopping by here, they clearly don't want any business
