June 2023- Rob is honest, knowledgable and throughout the conversion of our van he has always been willing to talk things through and thoroughly checked things with us at every step. He is willing to answer any questions and still is now since we have collected our van. He is so Patient and conscientious, making sure everything is ok and honouring the warranty when a few things needed fixing.We are extremely happy with the customer service and high quality work Rob and his team have delivered.

We’d been hoping to buy a campervan for some time but let’s face it, they’re expensive! Having decided to take the plunge and spend the children’s inheritance, we were taking a break in the New Forest and decided to give Ultimate Campers a call. We’re so glad we did. Rob took time out of his weekend and showed us around a number of vans explaining the differences between each one. We narrowed it down to one but wanted some time to think it over. At no time were we pressured to make a decision and we returned the next day, taking up Rob’s offer of a test drive. He’d only recently bought in the van and he explained what work he was going to do (new wheels, tyres and side bars) plus a full check up. There were a couple of things we’d noticed and those were added to the list. A few weeks later, the van was ready. All the promised work was done and the van looked fantastic. We did encounter an issue 3 days later but even though we live over 150 miles from Rob, he didn’t hesitate in agreeing for the matter to be fixed locally and for him to meet the full cost. To sum up, dealing with Ultimate Campers has been a pleasure. No pressure, helpful advice and support when needed (not forgetting that Rob is a really nice guy!).
