0 stars if I could. What an absolutely diabolical rip off. I ordered literally 3 items and every single one of them had something wrong. Ferrero waffle was meant to come with ferrero icecream, come with vanilla. The waffle also tasted sour & four half ferreros on the top for £7! There was “red velvet cookie dough” that just ended up being red velvet cake and that tiny slice of cake cost £6.50. Lastly an “ultimate scoop”. They managed to get one out of four flavours and one out of two toppings correct. I understand it was late that it was ordered, but if you don’t have the stuff to make somebodies order correct, cancel the order and don’t rob somebody just to make a quick penny. You’d be screwed if you had an allergy, they’d probably just give you what you’re allergic too. Nearly £24 to get not even a quarter of what I ordered. Oh, and don’t bother ringing them. They don’t answer.

Me and my friend went to this place as a treat after dinner, we ordered two bubble waffles and chose the sit in option. It said the wait would be seven minutes which is the time it took us to walk there we went in just to wait even longer. We then got served cold food, wich wasn't even what we ordered. instead of two bubble waffles, we gormt an excuse of a crêpe and I got a waffle. The guy serving us was extremely rude and essentially said it wasn't an option to get bubble Waffle's even though we ordered them. The waffle was dry, not fluffy at all, and tasted terrible. My friends crěpe was absolutely appauling. It was tiny and somehow undercooked yet burnt? I almost spat it out. Staff didn't even offer to give us what we ordered which is so unprofessional. Overall, atmosphere was sad and depressing, staff were rude, we didn't receive what we ordered and food was inedible, absolutely disgusting. Not coming back, never come here would give zero stars if it was an option.

Red velvet cake hard and stale, waffle took about half an hour to make, place is dirty and service struggling to communicate simple questions and answers. Should really be going back with this red velvet cake for a refund but just going to go let it go and never step foot in place again. Shocking don't go

absolutely shocking waited an hour and half I wouldn't have bothered if the food was worth waiting for ! Waffle was burnt Tasteless and Dry ! tried to call Shop number Invalid!! would avoid at all costs

Awful cookie dough, just tastes like flour with a bunch of chocolate on top. Milkshake spilled everywhere, on the rest of our food and order arrived 45min late. One of us got food poisoning from the burger/chips meal, please avoid.

Would definitely recommend this place, staff were wonderful, amazing atmosphere. And food was absolutely fab. Couldn’t recommend a better place.

Ordered cookie dough and milkshake. Milkshake was just okay, a bit bland and lumpy for the price.Now the cookie dough was horrible, was given in a fat-stained pizza box and it looked awful. The dough was really thin, probably 5mm thick. Payed something like 6 pounds for it at the time, which is insane for what we got.
