I found Amelia online while researching London wedding photographers, and her modern, documentary style photography was exactly what we were looking for. We were our venue's first ever wedding, and Amelia's advice and input on timings was invaluable.Amelia's service is professional and thoughtful - from a little pre-wedding surprise ;) to the presentation box for our USB stick.She was an incredible asset on the day, especially considering there were so many of us in the family/bridal party for her to manage all by herself. She took unexpected issues in her stride (taxi ordering, knicker holding, gate-crashed photos...!).Our pictures are insanely beautiful. Working with Amelia was great, my husband and I are not in front of camera people and picked Amelia for her style. The added bonus of working with her made us feel at ease and you can see our personalities come through in the amazing wedding photos. We had the added stress of being a 2020 original wedding, but Amelia was really good, understanding and helped us through the unknown times, staying in contact with us through the time till we had our wedding in 2022. On the day Amelia kept us on schedule which was brilliant so we could just relax and enjoy the day.

Amelia photographed our wedding last weekend and wow what can I say! She was honestly amazing, made me feel so at ease as I’m really not one that likes my photo taken but Amelia knew exactly what to do. She goes and above and beyond to get the most magical pictures for you! She even helped my dad and nephew put their buttonholes on when everyone was rushing around. Your wedding day is a big deal; tonnes of family and friends, the love of your life, shed-loads of upfront planning. What blew us away with Amelia is that she totally gets that. She is so professional and calm organising your crazy relatives into formation, she captures your day in a way that makes you feel like she's known you forever, and she sees the detail and the thought you've put into things and makes sure it's all thoughtfully and beautifully captured.Amelia has her eye on everything - she makes sure she delivers on a practical note (i.e. did we get that shot of Aunty Irene etc) but she is also so stunningly creative. She also is blooming' lovely to be around, making everyone involved feel totally at ease in her capable hands and you'll have a blast with her along the way :)I work with photographers for a living and Fresh Shoot were something else. From first meeting, she attentively listened to our ideas, thoughts and hopes and reflected them back - but with her own beautiful ideas to enhance our own and bring the vision wholly to life. Amelia been amazing from start to finish. Since we had our initial meeting with her I knew we would not regret booking with her. We got our wedding pictures this weekend and we couldn’t be happier. Everything was captured so natural and beautiful, and she was lovely throughout the day. All our friends and family said photos are really good and they haven’t seen such good photos in ages. How do you navigate the minefield that is choosing a wedding photographer? It’s difficult, you put so much pressure on yourself when making any wedding related decision or choosing any supplier, you think your big day must be perfect and you can’t possibly risk using someone who might miss something or provide a disappointing account of the day. Hours and hours of looking at websites, reading reviews, asking questions, re looking at the website, re reading the reviews. It’s so easy to become blinded, unable to gauge what you like or don’t like. This happened to us, but Amelia was always at the top, we always came back to her, so when Amelia offered to meet us for an informal chat we thought sure, why not.We knew as soon as we met Amelia she was the photographer for us, she instantly made us feel relaxed, she was honest, she was kind, she was professional but still somehow it felt like we were meeting up with a friend. We had a good chat, asked lots of questions and looked through the beautiful albums she brought with her. We booked her in fairly soon afterwards, determined not to miss out on her availability.We fully understood Amelia’s talents during our engagement shoot – this shoot was really important for us, neither of us were particularly comfortable in front of the camera so we were quite nervous. Amelia made us feel immediately at ease, so much so we often forgot we were having our picture taken. We couldn’t have been happier when she sent our pictures through - they were better than we could have imagined and made us SO excited for the wedding.Where to start for the wedding day. Amelia spent the morning of the wedding with me, the Bride and she immediately got on with the other suppliers there (videographer, HMUA etc). We chatted whilst I got ready all morning, I hardly even noticed the pictures being taken unless it was a posed picture with my bridal party. You can tell how experienced and talented Amelia is when she is working, she knows where she needs to be, she doesn’t get in anyone’s way and always gets the shot. She was so good during the group shots later in the day, being able to get everyone where they needed to be but without shouting and barking orders (like we’ve experienced with others), making everyone laugh and just interacting seamlessly with every part of the day. The day after the wedding we received our “sneak peak” pictures which were just stunning. The perfect way to round off such a special day.We received our pictures exactly when Amelia had said to expect them – WOW. Amelia put together a slideshow of a selection of photos from the day which was such a lovely way to re live the day. The pictures did not disappoint; they were stunning. Absolutely outstanding photographs – it really is hard to put into words how much we love the pictures.Choosing a photographer is so much more than knowing you’re going to get some nice pictures, we didn’t realise this at the time but you need someone you trust wholeheartedly to capture the day beautifully, but also to guide you through the day. You need someone who will become your sanctuary on the day, our couple photos allowed us some time just the two of us which really is needed. You need someone who you feel 100% relaxed around and someone who feels like you’re just chatting with a friend instead of formally having your wedding photos taken. You need someone who is getting the shot without you realising, someone who is there capturing everything but also not there. Amelia is all of that plus more, a photographer, a confidant, a guest, a friend - Amelia is who you need at your wedding.We knew Amelia would produce some amazing photographs, our expectations were exceeded, producing a collection of pictures over and above anything we could have imagined. We have a memory of our day that we will treasure forever. We couldn’t recommend Amelia high enough and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her again for any future events.Thank you for everything.

Amelia was absolutely amazing and we could not recommend her enough! We loved her energy and she made us feel so comfortable, both for the engagement photoshoot as well as on the wedding day! We had our wedding in 2020 and Amelia was fantastic with just waiting and seeing if our wedding would indeed go ahead! Absolutely beautiful pictures. Our photo album is stunning too and our parents loved the albums which were included in our package we chose.
