I got the engagement ring for my now fiance here and found the service to be so pleasant. I never felt rushed or sold to. The staff helped me pick out a ring I really love. And then they've been great with resizing it and another ring. Great service here

My fiancé and I came in after losing my engagement ring last year. Sara and Daff immediately sat us down and listened to our story. I showed them a photo of my original ring and rather than overwhelm us with lots of rings they brought out some beautiful bands and the most perfect colour stones. We ended up finding the most beautiful band but the stone was an Aqua not a Tanzanite. They swapped the stones for us and we went to collect the ring 2 days later. We are both so happy and will 100% be coming back to Royal and Regent to buy our wedding bands. We were treated like old friends and i cannot recommend them enough :)
