Job done but process fell very short. Quote for re-aligning aerial after storm reasonable but turned out costed over double that and left with little choice but to pay up £200 cash when the guy asked for labour costs for his time or the full amount to get the job. Unprofessional in that regard. Then over 2 weeks to get someone back to correct a problem. Steve's a nice guy though

Lost TV signal on most channels, called and they came out next day. Resolved the problem for a fair price and also went above and beyond by re-scanned my TV as I'm not very good with these things. Appreciate the good service and would definitely use again. Many thanks!

Excellent service. Prompt arrival - phoned on a Saturday and was visited within the hour for the initial free assessment. The situation was fairly and reasonably assessed with a number of options provided. All work completed that day with excellent results. Would recommend.

Steve came and did an install and focus of a large dish for our theatre as a means of industry level live broadcast. His efficiency and professionalism were exceptional. Sorted out Intermittent signal for my parents house. Found an open connection where water was entering. Fixed the issue on the day. Highly recommended.

Helpful engineer resolved the issue of aerial and satellite dish blown down off a chimney after last thursdays storms .Supplied and installed new aerial/ dish and all the required cables but also ensured before finishing the job that all services TVs / sat were been received and fully functional .Fully Recommend this company and service to everyone

Honest and professional. I was quoted £700 with a call out fee of £154 by some national firm who seemed to be a intermediary. Steve came on time and fitted new amp for just £300. It is good to be able to recommend a man like Steve.

Avoid these jokers. They are a bunch unprofessional, dishonest and completely unreliable jokers. I had the misfourtune to use this company to have an aerial installed.They don't honour appointments, don't bother to contact you to say they are running late. And after paying £200 for an aerial install, I then discover there is a problem as the signal is breaking up. So I text and call the installer who carried out the work and he ignores me. A few days pass, I call Steve, the boss, and complain to him. He promises to come out the next day to resolve the issue, but guess what? The next day came and went and Steve didn't show up nor bother to contact me. So give these clowns a wide berth. There are better and more reliable companies out there covering the NW London area.

Very positive experience. Steve called me back promptly and arranged for an engineer to call. Rashid was knowledgeable, polite and a clean worker. He fixed our problem with a weak signal, and the charge was reasonable. I would use him again.
