I was struggling with flexibility in my right hip. After just one session with Troy I could see considerable improvement, and had some takeaways to ensure it stayed that way. I’ve been going back ever since for body MOTs….I also had a shoulder issue and had my very first acupuncture treatment with Troy. I hate needles but Troy has this amazing ability to make everything seem comfortable, relaxing and less daunting.

I have suffered years of pain with back and neck problems .I came to Troy as a recommendation.His incredible knowledge was outstanding, felt instantly comfortable. He was funny , and professional. Can't wait to go back for more recovery advice and methods . Highly recommended!

Troy is a fantastic osteopath and has magically helped my back in double quick time! I play tennis and dance four times a week but I've suffered from lower back problems for years and recently my back went again. I could hardly move without enduring extreme pain and my body posture was totally contorted. I was recommended by a few friends to ring Troy. I'm so glad I did because the four different sets of eye/ear/yogic exercises he recommended have really helped my lower back and my scoliosis. His analysis of my back was spot on and once this lockdown ends I'm definitely booking in to get a hands on treatment with the man himself.

Troy is an excellent osteopath and a mind of knowledge. I was referred to him with chronic back pain and was unable to exercise. I was at a real low and thought I would be unable to get back to normal. However, after only a few sessions with Troy, the pain had significantly improved and we continue to make really positive progress with every session. He provides me with exercises to support my rehab at home and has taught me how to modify my training to avoid reoccurring pain. I am so grateful for his help and I would highly recommend him.

Troy’s expertise and skill is phenomenal!It took only two sessions for him to help me go from daily shoulder pain to no pain, zero, zilch!I came to Troy with a 10 year old RSI shoulder injury and a three year old shoulder ligament tear. Together, these injuries created daily pain so debilitating that in the past year there have been weeks and even month when I intentionally did not use my right arm.Following the advice of my Orthopedic surgeon, I sought after less invasive support. Within the past 18 months and prior to finding Troy, I saw three other practitioners for approx 4-6 months each. When I arrived at my first session with Troy, I was initially hoping for slightly less pain and slightly more range of motion (something other practitioners had not been able to provide) but what I received exceeded my expectations. In just TWO SESSIONS my daily pain went from a 8 out of 10 to a 1 out of 10!I remember asking Troy ‘do people book in sessions with you every week’? He answered by saying that his job was to help me so that I didn’t need to come back. Troy is only practitioner that has been able to fulfil such a promise!If you are reading this review, assume that it is 100% up to date and accurate. Five months into a frozen shoulder and completely miserable with the pain - one session with Troy has made a massive difference. My pain has reduced massively and I have a bit more mobility - after only one session. Couldn't recommend him more.

Troy is a truly amazing osteopath. After having brain surgery back in June 2015, I didn't think I'd ever feel normal again. Troy has done excellent work, given me sound advice and has given me the courage to get back to the person I was before surgery. He is an inspirational osteopath who has outstanding knowledge in his field and beyond and I can honestly say I have 100% faith in everything he does! I am proof that he really does know his stuff and his treatments have been fundamental to my recovery.Troy is also very gifted in dealing with his patients individual needs, I always feel that I'm getting the best possible care.I would recommend Troy without hesitation, he really is the cream of the crop.

Troy is a gift from heaven. After suffering with M.E and terrible muscle pain everywhere and having to keep taking medication for months a physio recommended i see Troy and I am so grateful. He is not only knowledgeable on a multitude of different therapies he is also intuitive enough to be able to assess each individual and know how to use a variety of techniques to help. After just a short time i feel a million times better than i did .... I can't recommend Troy highly enough and even if some therapies seem unusual I trust him infinitely as for me it's completely worked.
