What an amazing job from start to finish clean and tidy the fire looks amazing thanks to Simon Tom and his side kick Andrew very funny day. And Of course thank you to Cathy. Would recommend anytime we love it.It's too bloody hot now!!!!!!!!!!

In May 2022 the family company, helped dig out my covered fireplace, built up old stone, laid hearth, and fit a wonderful Hunter Allure 7. An extremely fabulous and friendly team. Very proffessional and know their burners....lovelly job. Cant rate them high enough.

Good service in the shoppity no one turned up to do the survey on our house with no call to say they can't make it or that they will be late shocking customer service will not be using them for our fireI wouldn't trust them to turn up

This is definitely a 1 stop shop. If it's not in the shop the owner will find it for you. A nice friendly family run business.

Great service. I was really struggling to find someone to help remove my chimney and relocate log burner. These guys were very helpful from the start and did the job very quickly for me. Professional and friendly and I feel confident a good job has been done safely (Hetas installers)
