Anas was super helpful, and really clearly enjoys his work which is really nice to see. Changed my watch battery while I waited and talked me through good watch care. Won't be going anywhere else for watch repairs now!! Would very highly recommend.

Great experience today! The server went above and beyond, incredibly friendly and efficient when replacing the battery in my car key. I had been told by another establishment that it was impossible to fix and clearly this was not the case.

Swapped the battery in my cars key fob, took 2 hours to get it to work again and unlock my car. They phoned the 'specialist' who told them to do things I had already mentioned.Overall they were uninterested in helping fix their own mistake.

Really quick service getting a key cut. Would be 5 stars if it was cheaper. £10 for 1 key and £15 for 2. Friendly staff

Very convenient to access, given it's based in front of Asda Pudsey. Hence there's plenty of parking spaces. They specialise in amongst other things watch battery changes and repair. But most surprisingly they cut new keys for car fobs and also program the key chip to your car at a fair price. So you can have 2 keys for your car at a fraction of a dealer new key price.

Visited 11.09. Employee (sadly never got his name) had to close for a few minutes and was extremely apologetic for which there was no need. Provided great service, suggested us a deal on key cuts. 2-4-12, which we took and the keys work perfect. Employee deserves a shout-out. Thank you

My son took his iPhone in for a battery replacement and the guy broke the housing that hold the screen inplace and wants to charge him £100 to fix it when he is the one who broke it said well what do you want me to doTold me it's not falling out tho is it total rip off so with his attitude I said I want the company phone number and he replied with it's on the website off you go I can't wait to phone them on Monday avoid this place at all costs
