Simple passport renewal photo. There's a load of conditions that make taking a selfie for this unacceptable. This shop took less than a minute to satisfy ALL conditions and had a tool to check the photo's compliance. So effective, efficient & simple. £18 odd quid for the privilege though! Even so, would recommend.

A big thank you to Syke for making my hour long wait printing 200 photos so easy. Syke was so helpful with the process of printing not only to myself but with every customer who came in. When the shop was quiet and I was still waiting, she was so friendly and easy to talk to. Syke is a wonderful asset to the shop. Thanks Again

Ordered online for collection within one hour in store. Went into store on the off chance it would be ready. To be told there was an error printing my order but I could create a one photo mug in store. The one is ordered online was a 5 photo mug. The. Told to come back in twenty minutes.Very expensive for the quality of the product.If there was an issue then it would’ve been nice to be informed when it flashed up saying error

Prompt printing of a 8x10 glossy photo of Sparkles whilst I waited. Friendly and helpful staff helped me operate equipment and showed me how to transfer image from my phone. I asked for glossy photo paper and results were excellent. Highly recommended

Ordered a photo on click and collect on December 8th. Called in the shop on 12th and was told that it wasn't there. Emailed customer service after a few more days and no correspondence from them. Customer service told me that the print had been in the shop since 9th December.Can't help thinking that I've had my leg pulled. I've still not been notified that my print is ready to pick up.Customer services are referring this to their area manager.

The girl who was working was not friendly or helpful. A man came in whilst I was sorting my order out asking for a price on 100 prints, she said the price for a rush delivery, he asked for the 7 days delivery she didn't know or give him the price. She had the door locked and it was raining outside and she took over 5 minutes to let me in and it seemed like she didn't want to be there and asking for her help was an inconvenience. I'll not be returning.
