THERE ARE FAR BETTER MOBILE TYRE COMPANIES THAN THIS ONEI am so disappointed by the customer service that this company offers.Their lack of communication following the visit of Dave one of their employees/franchisees, who caused fault and damage to the wheel rim of my car is beyond comprehension. A simple conversation with regard to this, and the subsequent hoped for remedy would have been all that was needed.Instead, I called on 6 occasions, left 4 messages and emailed 3 times, none of which has been responded to.SHOCKING, DISAPPOINTING AND AN EXPENSIVE MISTAKE TO MAKE ... both by myself and the company ...

Couldn’t get wheel off, said he would refund it if not and would just be call out charge. When rang back, changed story to not being able to. Failed to mention if he left tyre with me then he wouldnt refund it. Sneaky. Rubbish service, sitting 2.5 hours later at same services. Go elsewhere
