After trying someone else initially and being extremely disappointed with the service and report, Josh has really delivered in every aspect. his preparation before the site visit was very impressive and the report was delivered a week or so after. the 23 page report was extremely detailed with analysis of surrounding land form as well as the premises too. Every aspect of the analysis was explained in the report. It gives a great understanding as to why i have been experiencing certain issues. that in itself is very helpful. Josh goes through the cures and remedies that need to be in place. Josh is extremely accommodating and available to answer any questions in order to make sure that the cures are placed correctly. He is extremely approachable and after already having my fingers burnt else where i can honestly say i feel so much better knowing that i have improved my home and business to better the life of me and my family.
