These guys are genuinely some of the good guysHelpful, knowledgeable, and true to their word in what they delivered. High quality, good value, and transparent.Our water supply was fitted with minimal fuss, by people who we genuinely trusted. Links with other trades were great as well.In a world where there is a tendency to be messed around, fobbed off, and on the odd occasion (looking at you Highwater) ripped off, PHX are a true breath of fresh air.

We received a really good service after finding a dead bird in our water tank, which allowed us to quickly have clean running water in our new house. Connor was very responsive even on a Saturday morning and flexible with times, and his team moved our appointment forward on the day, which made things even faster. Can highly recommend.

We used Connor at PHX to carry out a legionella risk assessment for our hospitality business. His approach was very professional and he was incredibly quick to respond. He took care of all the laboratory testing and now performs routine checks to keep us within our legal requirements as business owners. We’ve been left with a file for all the documentation all properly organised so it really is a turn-Key service. I would have no hesitation in recommending PHX.
