I visited the store today in Oldham with a chain that had been broken on the clasp. Matt was really helpful looked at the damage and gave advice for the repair that would need to be sent off. After then inspecting it closely he decided he thinks it may be able to be repaired. Matt managed to complete the repair on site within 10 minutes. Really friendly and helpful store would definitely return for purchases & repairs.
