Washingborough Family Practice
I've only been with the practice approx 1 year unfortunately I've had various problems, everyone from the receptionists to the doctors have shown me respect and dignity. This practice offers extended opening hours, relatively quick appointments either phone or face to face. Each time I have contacted the practice I have been treated with the uppermost efficiency and professionalism. Thank you all.

For the first time in my life, and I am in my 50s, I really do feel as though I am cared for. I see an incredibly caring and proficient Doctor, and I honestly feel as though she is on my side. This is a brilliant practice!!

Been with this practice for about 7 years. Cannot fault them. When you read horror stories of patients having to wait weeks for an appointment or queue up outside, early morning in the freezing cold, to try and get an appointment for that day, it really makes you appreciate the service we are lucky to have. Dr. Ridout got my partner's prostate problems sorted really quickly. I had some problems and he got me seen at Lincoln Hospital very quickly.Keep thinking about moving house but don't want to leave this wonderful surgery. If we do move, we won't tell them - will they find out???

Literally the worst doctors I’ve ever been to. They’re so behind - they don’t want to help you, they’re purely there to be a hindrance. I sought help about my mental health as it had been getting worse after years and the doctor, she said to me “well your mental health can’t be that bad if you’re seeking help.” after I’d told her I’d been having a lot of su¡cidal thoughts. Whatever you do, don’t go there. Look for somewhere else.

I've always had a good experience with the practice in the 4 years since I've been registered with them. But since the pandemic I expected that the change, but no! The phone is answered, appointments available. Excellent service from the everyone, especially the nurses, and Julie,the muscular-skeleton expert. I'm so pleased to be registered with them.

Really helpful surgery from reception through to doctors. Only concern is always about 19th in the queue when ring first thing in the morning to get an appointment so find that medical conditions can escalate as a result of not being able to get an appointment. They need more funding to get more GPs as otherwise we have no alternative other than to go to A&E as a result of not being able to access the GP
