Nice shop,shame it's so small. Seems very squashed, but good selection of clothes.

New Look
Appears that in moving their shop they appears to have downsized in order to focus on Women's and Girls. Gone is the men's section and the shoes section appears to have shrunk considerably to fit at the back of the shop. Shop itself does appear to be very popular with helpful staff on hand to ensure you leave a happy customer

Too small, not alot of choice, they have 3 tills but only 1 working with a big que (with no were for the que to go) seems over priced now

New Look
New Look has a variety of clothing options suited for everyone. When it came to finding the clothing items I wanted or needed, they were pretty easy to find. Some of the pieces would be missing various sizes so I couldn't always find an item in my size.

A pointless store. A minuscule selection of jeans and none in my size anyway (10). 3 other products I went in for, none even available.

New Look
This is the first time I've been in this New Look since they moved to a different part of the shopping centre. The staff instantly get 5 star! I feel bad voting down a star and the only reason I've done so is that the new store is so cramped its impossible to find anything.I knew exactly what I wanted (online browser) and saw it was meant to be in stock in this store. I searched the store and couldn't find it so went outside to check my phone just to be sure. I went back in and chatted to the lovely ladies behind the till who found the item (hidden behind stock that was not at all similar) but the size I needed was nowhere to be found. I showed the ladies my phone and even they were baffled as to where this correctly sized item could be hiding. Eventually it was found and sorted but it did take some time.So yea simply put; staff great and went out of their way to help, but store far too small for that much stock.

Too busy, queue too long. I was returning sandals for my daughter. The cashier took them from me and threw them into a crate quite far from her so i pity the person that buys them after they make their way back to the shelf.

Don't like this newlook store too small and you can hardly move around in the store would not recommend only good for click and collect.

New Look
Very tasty. Good size meaty burger in a bun, plus chips, faultless. Also this restaurant was on the top level, overlooking all the other restaurants and not so noisy. Very relaxing. Worth every penny.
