After spending hours trolling through CV's, speaking to countless applicants who were not right for our roles we engaged the team at Talentworx to help. Within an agreed timescale we had vetted initial applicant videos to view, from there a couple of interviewees and from those interviews positions were offered and accepted. I was contacted by Talentworx who had seen my CV that I had uploaded on a site called CV library. Talentworx were recruiting for a role as an Office Manager, and they felt that I may be suitable for the role. We had a long discussion on the phone, whereby I was fully informed about the role. I was then invited to a short video interview with the potential employer, a formal interview followed, and I was then offered the post.
