An extremely poor customer service. The way we have been dealt with on vacating our property was absolutely appalling. It was almost impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone or through email to deal with our enquiry when chasing to get our deposit back. Benjamin Parry in particular was extremely rude and unprofessional (when eventually managed to speak to him on the phone weeks later) and brought up very petty issues of the state of the property that he threatened to report back to the landlady to knock money off our deposit. Overall my partner and I are extremely dissatisfied with Butters John Bee estate agent as a whole. Property management team were shockingly bad at responding too.

Really grateful to Sam in BJB Crewe office. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient and have gone out of his way to help with everything and even arranged a viewing late in the day to suit my restricted availability. All my phone calls and email queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Just exchanged on 2 BTL properties in central Crewe and hope to secure more in the future. Adrian and Marcin in the branch has also been at hand to help me. Felt very welcome when I first visited the Crewe office - friendly staff - made such an impact to me esp. after being on the road for 4 hours!! Highly recommend Sam and his colleagues in BJB Crewe Sales, Letting and Mortgage Broker. Thank you Sam for everything and please keep me on your mail lists of new listings.

Awful service from Butters John Bee Crewe branch. On signing you up for a property they couldn’t be more attentive and helpful. They’ll go as far as forcing you to write a positive google review whilst stood over you before they hand you the keys to a property. Once you’re in, they couldn’t care less.The property management team are a nightmare to get in touch with. Take a ridiculous amount of time to respond to emails, don’t pick up the phone - calls always go through to an overflow call centre who take a message and then nothing is done. When they do finally get in touch, you get short, shirty emails as if you’ve massively inconvenienced them.On top of that, they use old photos for their listings. The home we’ve just moved from is now on its 3rd tenant, and we saw the listing with the photos from when it was newly built over 2 years ago. (It now looks very different) The pictures of the garden aren’t even our garden!All in all… avoid.

Corrie has been amazing and helped with everything. She gave amazing service and the personal touch made it all the better couldn’t fault her service.When I came into the branch to sign contracts Ben was able to assist with the final touches.Thanks to all.
