We had a leaking boiler. Contacted first thing in the morning and had a plumber by 1430. We were kept up to date on arrival time. He was polite, thorough and fixed the problem. Very happy with the service.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend and we found Hampshire Heating Services through Google. We gave Dylan a call and he was the most helpful person we spoke to out of all the heating engineers we’d called, he managed to squeeze us in late in the evening and had our heating and hot water back on in no time. We’ll certainly be using Hampshire Heating Services again.

Great service. Previously had one of the large electric companies service our boiler, none of them were as comprehensive as Dylan. Picked up a long standing fault and collected the parts and fitted the same day. Highly recommended.

Excellent service all round from Dylan who came to service our boiler. Punctual, polite and respectful of our property. Whilst carrying out the service Dylan found the pressure to be very low. This was due to the actual gas meter. He contacted the gas board who arrived quickly to rectify the issue and also followed up with a phone call later. Dylan is very up to speed on the latest practices and gave excellent advice on making the boiler more efficient. I would highly recommend Hampshire Heating Service for their professionalism and excellent service.

Boiler repair. I turned to Dylan after an extortionate quote from another company. Dylan not impressed by other company, their quote was for wrong part and their previous servicing of my boiler was very poor. Dylan and his workmate deep cleaned boiler and fitted new pump. Lots of effort, but job done well. I will stick with Dylan for the future.

Excellent service. Dylan first came out at a suitable time for us.He kept in touch and was reliable.We had a big problem on our heating system which no one else seemed to be able to help with, he persisted with finding the fault and got everything working for us.Would definitely use again (although hopefully we won’t need to!)

Excellent service from Dylan at HHS who called round at short notice to a property we had just moved into without hot water! Dylan arrived promptly the same day and did not leave until he had identified the problem and fixed everything. Would highly recommend his services.

Dylan and his team came to move my boiler to the loft and did an amazing job. The team were very friendly and showed me at the end of day 1 what they’d done. On day 2 I wasn’t at home so they sent me a video of everything they’ve done and it looks great! They’ve done such a good job in 2 days and I’m very happy with it. I appreciate all the work they’ve done. We will definitely be using them again and I’ve already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you Dylan!
