Doesn't seem to know what a lead is or how to communicate with another company properly. Sales team will not escalate complaints to higher up and generally don't seem to care once money is received. Doesn't check leads or make sure that contact details are correct. The leads are most definitely not qualified. It's just information that someone puts into a website not necessarily looking for what you offer. Leads given to multiple companies generally shambolic.
